    Considering  the transportation time of the return takes more than 1 month also the expensive shipping fee, what's more 

    We want to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you, so here is our win-win solution. The RESENT POLICY.  


    How our RESENT POLICY works?


    If you are with one of the following situations, after our confirmation, we will resent you a new package.


    1.SIZE / PRODUCT DEFECT PROBLEM 

    If the size of the product you received does not fit, please provide a photo of you wearing the jersey for issue confirmation. We will handle the replacement according to the following rules:
    Short-Sleeve Jerseys
    • You only need to pay $15 for shipping (if the jersey is customized, an additional customization fee will apply), and we will resend a jersey in your desired size.
    Other Products (Non-Short-Sleeve Jerseys)
    • You will need to pay 50% of your paid price, and we will resend a product in your desired size.



    2. DELAY SHIPMENT 

    If the declared shipment time is more than 60 days (since you could track the package online), please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.


    3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST 

    If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us a proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirm, and we make sure you will get it.

    *Because personalized products are customized just for you, they are not returnable.

    *Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons.


    Where I can see the “declared shipment time”?


    When you are on the checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that according to the shipping method. Free shipping and DHL have different declared shipment time.
